    READ POLICY BEFORE PROCEEDING

    To ensure the best experience, please take your time to read our booking policy before booking as our terms & conditions have been updated.

    • A non-refundable deposit of $25 which goes towards the total cost of service is required TO CONFIRM your appointment.
    • Deposits cannot be transferred and are forfeited if the client cancels or not showing up.
    • Reschedules must be before 48 hours of your appointment, or you will need another deposit to book a new date. (Only one reschedule is permitted).
    • The remaining balance is to be paid in CASH preferably, however, Zelle to 4012411212 Reschedule must be done through your confirmation email.
    • Please be cautious about canceling an appointment when not needed, A no-call or no-show may be charged the full amount.
    • Braiding hair is included in all braid services (you may also bring your own hair with you at your cost) but must be “PRESTRETCHED.
    • Hair must be clean and product-free which includes oil and leave-in conditioner (washed no more than two days prior) it must be thoroughly detangled and blown out
    • Do not plan an important event right after your appointment to avoid rushing.
    • Your hair must be 3-4 inches in length all around the edges for all style Booking is allowed up to 40 days out from the current date.
